CNAS认证实验室

1）经中国合格评定国家认可委员会 (CNAS)权威认证，四川华东电气集团CNAS认证实验室是西南地区规模与实力领先的电力行业电气产品通用环境类试验、涉网试验、光伏产品、输变配电力设备的“一站式”第三方检测机构。

2）集团公司CNAS认证实验室已获认可的检测领域涉及4大类，95个检测标准，已具备光伏组件、光伏汇流箱、光伏逆变器、光伏电站及其他、电力变压器类设备检测及电气产品通用环境类试验、水/火电厂、风电站、光伏电站涉网试验能力。拥有各类先进检测仪器设备，属第三方独立检测机构。

3）实验室遵循ISO/IEC 17025（GB/T 15481）《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》、JJF 1069《法定计量检定机构考核规范》、CNAL/AC 01《检测和校准实验室认可准则》、《产品质量检验机构计量认证/审查认可（验收）评审准则》以及国家有关法律、法规的要求，依据有关国际、国家及行业标准，坚持“科技创新、精细管理、公平公正、诚信服务”的原则，对各种电气设备及产品进行了大量的实验及质量检验工作，积极为电力行业把关，为社会企业热情服务，以严格的检测试验、优质的服务著称，得到电力行业和广大用户的一致认可。

2）公司汇聚一批业内顶尖的技术专家及服务人员，并配备先进的检测设备，包括绝缘油介电强度测试仪、智能气相色谱仪、全自动油酸值测定仪、闭口闪点测定仪、界面张力测定仪、油介质损耗因数及体积电阻率测试仪等，所有设备均按国家标准检定合格并溯源至国家基准。

CNAS Certified Laboratory

1）Accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), the CNAS Certified Laboratory of Sichuan Huadong Electric Group is a leading one-stop third-party testing institution in Southwest China for general environmental tests of electrical products, grid-connected tests, photovoltaic products, and power transmission, transformation and distribution equipment in the power industry, boasting prominent scale and strength in the region.

2）The CNAS Certified Laboratory of the Group has obtained accreditation for 4 major testing categories covering 95 testing standards. It is equipped with professional testing capabilities for photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic combiner boxes, photovoltaic inverters, photovoltaic power stations and other related photovoltaic products, as well as power transformer equipment. The laboratory also has the technical capacity to conduct general environmental tests of electrical products and grid-connected tests for hydropower/thermal power plants, wind power stations and photovoltaic power stations. Equipped with a full range of advanced testing instruments and equipment, it is a fully independent third-party testing institution.

1）As a third-party inspection and testing institution authorized and accredited by China Metrology Accreditation (CMA), the CMA Inspection and Testing Center of Sichuan FIDIC Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Sichuan Huadong Electric Group) has always upheld the core value of "Data as the Foundation, Integrity as the Fundamental", and focused on the inspection and testing services of oil samples (transformer oil, insulating oil), providing customers with scientific, impartial and accurate testing support.

2）The company has assembled a team of top technical experts and service personnel in the industry, and is equipped with advanced testing equipment, including insulating oil dielectric strength testers, intelligent gas chromatographs, fully automatic oil acid value testers, closed-cup flash point testers, interfacial tension testers, oil dielectric loss factor and volume resistivity testers, etc. All equipment has been verified qualified in accordance with national standards and is traceable to national benchmarks.
