具备800kV电压等级变电站调试能力，现拥有一支135名的专业调试团队，成员皆来自各大火力、水力发电厂、电业局、电力工程公司、自动装置厂家的骨干，具备扎实的专业技术和丰富的实践经验。华东电气投入巨资建设了一个500kV电气试验大厅，配有油化试验室、色谱实验室、盐密/灰密试验室、标准化电气试验室，配置了5套完整覆盖500KV及以下电压等级的常规试验装备和专用电气调试车；配备大型变压器局放系统、大型谐振交流耐压设备、大电流地网测试仪、线路参数测试仪、齐全的油化试验设备等特殊试验设备。并通过了四川省质量技术监督局认可，具备承接智能变电站的调试能力。

主要业务范围

1）发、输、变、配电新建建项目的交接试验和系统调试。

2）已投运项目的电气设备预防性试验。

3）特殊电气试验∶1100kV及以下等级交流耐压、变压器局放、GIS局放、发电机模表分析、线路参数测试、绝缘子盐密、灰密、绝缘油色谱、简化分析等特殊试验。

East China Electric has invested heavily in tlhe construction of a 500kV electrical test hall, equipped with an oil testing laboratory, a chromatography laboratory, a salt-tight/grey-tight testing room, and a standardized electrical testing room. It is equipped with 5 sets of routines covering 500kV and below. Test equipment and special electrical commissioning vehicle; equipped with large transformer partial discharge system, large resonance AC withstand voltage equipment, high current ground network tester, line parameter testSpecial test equipment such as instrument, complete oily test equipment and so on. And passed the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, with the ability to undertake the commissioning of intelligent substations.

Main business scope:

1）Handover test and system debugging of new constructior projects of transmission, transmission, transformation and distribution.

2）Preventive test of electrical equipment ofthe project that has been put into operation.

3）Special electrical test: 1100kV and below AC withstand voltage, transformer partial discharge, GIS partial discharge, generator mold table analysis, line parameter test, insulator salt density, ash density, insulating oil chromatography, simplified analysis and other special tests.
